Hey everyone, I am looking for viable thesis topics in the area of Sociolinguistics, I have found a topic that would interest me but I have been struggling with collecting information and finding articles about this area. I want to do research on how people use language differently in different contexts to accomplish what they want. Any idea what keywords I should use to try to find articles about this? I need to read some studies that are having to do with 'word choice' as I assume this area is all about how people play with the words to get what they want, just as in rhetorics.
