To anyone who applied for the University of Southern California developmental phd program and had an interview, have you heard anything back at all since interview? acceptance, rejection, wait-list...? 

 

I saw that some ppl from other areas of psych have heard back, but can't see that anyone from developmental has...

just called yale psych dept. all interview invites have been sent out to any developmental applicants the dept is interested in. I said I hadn't received an invite, and asked if I could therefore assume my application was unsuccessful - and I was told that yes, I could assume rejection,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I believe interview invites have gone out (or at least are going out right now). I received a phone call from a faculty member (though, interestingly not one of my 3 POI) this evening with an invite to an onsite interview the weekend of 2/21.

I applied to developmental psych and haven't heard anything. before I applied I asked the dept when applicants could expect to hear back about interviews, and was told that each faculty member goes through the applications at their own rate, so there is no knowing when you might hear back,

Just spoke to Duke psychology dept and was told that developmental psychology applicants should hear by the end of this week if they are invited to an interview...
