Hey, guys! Yesterday I got a call from Ohio University! @bluebane and I talked about pros and cons between DePaul and Ohio. It was SO helpful and never would have happened without this forum!! So.....does anyone know a resource that lists micro scholarships for grad school anyone can apply for??

After seven different roundtrip flights in less than two months and a checking account that's substantially slimmer, I experienced a sigh of relief yesterday. I was accepted by DePaul! I am elated. I am still waiting to hear from UCLA and Ohio, as well as the ever-elusive Carnegie Mellon.

BTW Depaul people: I just called admissions and they told me offers will go out Mid-March, around St. Patrick's day...so, we'll have something to drink to (or about).

I am elated to see new franz here!! I'd like to offer my two cents regarding the administrative organization and decency of Carnegie Mellon: I have not received a written rejection from CMT but I also haven't gotten a phone call. My feeling is that I got lost in the system but am rejected. I have emailed both the graduate admission head and the faculty member who interviewed me regarding my applicant status--neither have emailed me back. Boooooo

Happy Monday, indeed. I haven't received a rejection or a call from Carnegie, I'm waiting to hear on results from Ohio and DePaul, and I'm heading to UCLA in a couple of days. And I'm on a treadmill right now.

Rejected from Yale. Heading to DePaul tomorrow: I'm 9-1 on Saturday. Anyone know how many DePaul finalists there are overall? Hope to see some of you...message me your real person name =). I'll be attending the dinner and show with my sister on Saturday evening. I'm also heading to Ohio this coming week to check out some classes, rehearsals, and performances...anyone finalist-ing there this year? Columbia's finalist weekend was super fun and grueling. It's pretty invigorating to be in room with a shit ton of directors for a weekend... like a retreat...but with high stakes and no sleep.

Does anyone going to the URTAs have a Westin room in Chicago (or know a director that does) with two beds of which they'd like to split the cost? Wow, this really is so crazy about Carnegie. I figured Caden was the weird element in the program, but it sounds like there's weirdness all over the place! Congratulations @UnrulyMop on your Washington acceptance! That's huge!! I accepted a place in DePaul's class yesterday ?
