Hi, im doing a thesis on gentrification. basically, there is this major renovation in a central district and so i was hoping to do a research to see if the renovation will move residents from the area out and move commerce in (because it means higher rent). (its a case study). i will be doing a research in the area to see the number of residential households before and after the renovation to see the effects of gentrification. anyways, what theories should i use? using theories section is mandatory and i have no clue what i should do. any help is greatly appreciated
