Hoping so! The anxiety is killing me.
Me too! I even looked at last year's thread and saw people posting late at night (7-10pm) about getting an email from them. It's going to be a long night and (probably) long weekend.

Anyone else anxiously wondering if Northwestern will release decisions today?!?

I was told that all decisions have been sent to the Social Sciences Division for finalization. As for what that means -- I have no clue. If I had to guess I'd say the rest of us are getting the axe.
What about UCSD? I still haven't heard anything either way.
I emailed a former professor at UChicago, and I'm awaiting a reply. I'm hoping she will give me some idea as to what is going on. I'll let you all know if I learn more!
Update: The former professor told me that all "yes" decisions for the sociology Ph.D. program at UChicago had been sent.

Anyone else receive a "no" from UChicago? I can't tell if it's just for the PhD program or for the PhD/maybe you'll get MAPSS instead program.
