How much time would it generally take for the department to contact you with funding information after you receive admit from grad school in the case of ece dept. at umd ?

I got accepted by grad school through website but there was no information about funding.
Did anyone face similar situation and did u receive funding mail from department later ?

Hi guys,
I am halfway done with my PhD Applications (finished all due 12/1 or 1/1). Surprisingly, I received an email from a faculty member (already?) at a school I completed stating that they were deeply interested in my application and asking for "an informal phone interview to discuss my interests and experiences further". Of course I said yes and am still pinching myself.
With that said, what should I expect from this phone interview and how can I prepare accordingly?

hi,
I have admit from 2 ms+phd programs but both are unfunded. If I accept one of them and then if I get funding from the other univ, can I then go with the funded offer or Is it against rules ?
