Just rejected my offer from WashU/asked for a deferral.

I've heard good things about Durham's museum course, if you're interested in looking overseas. But I don't know any specific details.

(I never know how many people who post results also read this forum but anyway...) To the person who got into Oxford but hasn't heard about funding: You will indeed find out about it at the same time as you get a college.

Yeah, and Brown seems to be reasonable enough to send out admissions and rejections at the same time, looking at other courses.

I'm very sorry to hear about the person who didn't get into Brown on the results search... but how did that person know?

I was too chicken to ask for money so instead I just asked if I could come visit. Hopefully they'll get the hint.

So I'm British, and there is no way on God's green earth that a British university would *pay* to help someone come visit them. Are you seriously telling me that if I ask WashU for some money to come visit... they might give it to me? There are no words to describe how blown my mind is.

I didn't apply to Toronto purely because of the weather. Plus their completion rate is only 50%. After four years in Scotland I just wanna be warm!

Well yeah, I did that too, but being British I don't know anyone there and can't just go visit, and because it's a brand new programme the info's a little thin on the ground.
