I called early February and was told that decisions will be sent out early March. They were very vague, though. Feel free to call again! If you hear something different, please post!

Does anyone know if UVirginia has made all of its decisions yet?

if my case is anything to go by, then yes. i've heard no official decisions.

I'd definitely recommend calling ahead, if you want to end the waiting game. I just asked about my application status, and he looked it up there and then. This was two days ago. Also, he was really nice and understanding, didn't sound impatient or put out at all. ... good luck!!

I think it would be a good idea for you to call the office - the Grad Advisor is really nice and told me my status (not good news, but it was ok!). I'm not too sure that they've sent out all of their acceptance emails ... He told me that they'd only accepted 12 out of 335 applicants, so that probably explains why you've only seen a few posts.

haha, no worries. they are mean. they told me that all decisions would be out by yesterday, so i was curious to know what was going on!

Has anyone heard anything from Stanford yet?

just found out that UChicago has emailed out all of their acceptances and wait-list offers. if you haven't heard yet, it doesn't look too good. that includes me sorry to all fellow applicants!

thanks for the response! i called stanford this past friday, and they told me that they would most likely get all of the decisions out by today (via email for rejections, and email or regular mail for acceptances). i also applied to berkeley and have yet to hear any news... i think i remember reading somewhere that they are supposed to send the rest of their decisions out by the end of this week? can't say i'm too hopeful about them, though. best of luck to you!

ok... I promised myself I wasn't going to do this but has anyone heard anything from Stanford yet? I read an earlier post that they are supposed to send out their decisions by the 15th, and have been checking my email constantly since. anyone?

When are admissions decisions being mailed out? They claimed it would be 4-8 weeks from the application deadline; the 8 weeks mark would be tomorrow. I called and asked, and I was told that decisions would be sent out in March. Anyone else have any more info?
