I emailed Elena about Korea and heard back from her within a day.
She told me my proposal reviewed well and that I would know more for sure about Korea prior to March.
I will post again later assuming I hear something more official.

I applied to Daegu University in Korea. My adviser has a former postdoc at that university.
I have not heard anything yet. If I remember from past threads I found, Korea would most likely be announced this week or early next week around the middle of the month.

I just received the "tentative" offer for Korea.
