Hello! I've been accepted into a PhD program in Boulder and have never been. My first order of business is feeling out the housing situation. I have a fiance and a dog and would ideally like to keep rent below 1400 a month. If anyone has any good ideas of areas/where to start looking it would be MUCH appreciated!
