Did you make a decision? I know that Western required a response by March 18th.
I was also accepted to both Western and OISE for I/S and chose OISE. I'm really looking forward to the chance to do a major research paper and to specialize (I'm looking at specializing in social justice). I think one of the major advantages is getting both a teacher certification and a Master's degree at the same time.
If you decide to attend OISE, I just may see you in September!
I submitted my application on January 15th for Intermediate/Senior. I am finishing up my undergrad degree in Arts (History & Women's and Gender Studies) at the University of British Columbia; I've been a Residence Advisor for 4 years, I worked on a pre-college enrichment program, volunteered in school classrooms and worked at camp.
I also don't think you should lose hope if they've stated that not all offers have gone out! There's still a chance!
To those that received letters, did it say anything about the new structure of the program (ie. 5 semesters instead fo 4?) I'm curious because the website used to say September 2015-April 2017 but that's been taken down.
Sorry, to clarify, I only applied to the MT program (Intermediate/Senior for History and English), and my ROSI status says registered. Are you a current U of T student? Maybe it says invited because you're still completing a program? Where the rest of us, this is our only program? Not really sure, though.
Just to update you both, I received an email updating me on my status. I have been recommended to be admitted to the MT program. It's not an official offer of admission, but they will mail out offers in late March.
