hello I am applying purdue phd. when I check the status , it shows "recommended by program-pending receipt of official documents." I am guessing if I should mail the official transcript but they said "you will only need to provide transcripts at the request of program, or you are recommend for admission" I email to the program but no reply. Does anyone meet the same situation and could give me some advise. Thanks
