Lol no one applying for ME @ Rice?

Does anyone know what's the admission process with the Mechanical Engineering Department at Rice University? Cannot find any information from them about last year. I posted two topics asking ME @ Rice in the results search page and they were deleted. It's so weird that someone deleted my posts. I have no idea what's going on with ME@Rice. Called Alicia and did not get any useful information. Are they still taking new students? They are so mysterious. Anyone knows about them, please kindly share. Thanks
