hi guys, iam doing bachelors from india, i want to know the procedure for applying for afull scolarship for masters in USA. I am very fond of studying in usa, but unfortunetly i cant afford the high tuition so i am opting for a full scholarship. whats the elegibitiy crtiteria for getting the full scholarship , and how much i need on other expenses from my pocket after getting the full scholarship. thanx.
