If you pay out-of-pocket for your own health insurance, or for dependents added on to your plan, then then you can mark that as a budget item for the AAUW fellowship. If your institution already provides full covered health insurance (you don't pay any monthly premium) then you don't need to list it as a budget item and the AAUW stipend would be used for other living costs.
