Hi, As I understand, preselection is made by the respective graduate school to filter the non-qualified students and propose about 6 of them for the GSSP scholarship to DAAD. Those students will be asked to apply to DAAD portal. The DAAD will have its own assessments to choose two of the 6 refered students for the scholarship. Did anyone recieved any notice from DAAD? I contacted them a couple of weeks before and they told me that DAAD has undergone a restructuring of their internal organization, which has delayed some of the ongoing procedures including GSSP scholarships.
