Thanks Crafter! I thought about Fremont and Ballard too but wasn't sure if it was too long of a commute. And I like the idea of having a park nearby for my dog
Hey guys!
What are your thoughts on Ravenna/Roosevelt and/or Greenlake areas? I'm looking for somewhere with plenty to do and some fellow grad students nearby, but also somewhere that would be safe to walk around at night (I have a dog I'll have to walk), and these seemed like good areas but it's hard to tell just from reading Internet reviews... I'm from across the country so any insight is helpful!
It was such a hard choice and I'm out of state so never got the chance to visit the school/department. But I just decided that even though it's a little more expensive than the others that I applied to, there program is perfect for me with the whole pediatric or adult emphasis paths and everything. And it's just an all around great program! Plus I love Seattle and am super excited to get to live there.
Good luck with your decision making!! I'll try to find some more people to join
