i haven't heard back from York either. As this point, I consider it a rejection. If York wanted me, they would have accepted me long ago rather than drag the process. I have called them this week to ask when will everyone know whether they are accepted/rejected and the female on the phone said, up till the end of the month. But like I said, personally for me, if I haven't heard back from them STILL, it is def a rejection. Focusing on my plan B now.

I got my rejection letter in the mail yesterday. I am a bit surprised that I didn't get in. I have years of experience working in research at Children's aid, have two honors degree, a GPA of A, an A in the research methods course. So I guess, they were looking for a certain person and I didn't fit what they were looking for. I'll look into my plan B options. I won't be applying next year and I guess grad school isn't for everyone. Good luck to those who got in. It will be a wonderful experience

My friends had to leave Canada to find job elsewhere. Those jobs also pay better and only require a undergrad. I wish i had the option to do this. But I totally agree with you 100%. I feel like some people focus too much on volunteering and going back to school to improve their chances, but that may not be the answer for everyone.

I really like how I got a lot of feedback from the question I asked ("what your plan B's are?"). It's really refreshing to see everyone's different approaches on what they will do if they get rejected. I'm still waiting to hear back from York and U of T. I 've been using the sgs website for u of t to see if I got accepted/rejected. On the u of t website (ROSI), how I do I check? I know my student number and password, but what part of the website can you see if you get accepted or not??

Hi everyone, I am currently waiting for an answer. My sgs account still says under review .I've also checked my mailbox religiously last week. I am anxious like everyone else and I hope to get some response this week..I want to know what everyone who is still waiting what there PLAN B is? If one is rejected, what is your other plans? I will be devastated if I do get rejected, but I am thinking of working as my plan B.
