I'm looking to take classes, and not get overwhelmed with course requirements and stress. Does Columbia have a reputation for difficult classes like CMU? Does anyone have any idea which department has better student outcome, a more socially integrated environment, better recruitment at graduation? I want to add research quality is somewhat, but not that important.

Any advice?
