[Northwestern vs UPenn] Chemical Engineering MS

I submit the application in November last year and got the acceptance on Mar.31st (Penn) and April. 4th (NWU). Have decided to go to NWU. -
International student, will probably try to find a job in US after graduation. Northwestern has a higher ranking in chemical engineering and has a better program structure, but UPenn is better in renown and career service. Any suggestions from you guys? Thanks a lot!
