I submitted my application for MS in Materials on Jan.15. Still no word from the graduate unit. Sent a mail to the department also but no reply.

Hi, I got an admit from Rice University for Professional Master's Course in Materials. But as it is a non-thesis program I can't apply for TA/RA also and a year expense is around 30 lakh which is too expensive. Are there no any funding opportunities available? Thanks!
