Hi every one,
I am an international PhD applicant of Civil engineering. I have got an admission from NC state, and I have had a really good interview with a professor in psu, he told me that he would likely make me an offer and set another interview with me. I also have got an interview from NC state this week.
Available funding is an important factor for me and none of these opportunities have mentioned details on it. I don't know if I should explain my situation to these professors or wait until I get the official letter of admission and funding from both of these universities and then make a choice.
By the way, I suppose I have a very good chance in both. Another question is what factors should I consider in choosing between these two? which one is a better option?
