No, I don't care much about the ranking (even if I do, I don't think there are big difference between these two). I was just trying to see if anyone knows much about either one or both two programs, like the faculties etc. And of course I will go to Tulane. Thank you for the reply : )

I am an international student, I am now doing my Master degree at UCSD. I only got two acceptance for 15 Fall. The U of A gave me admission with no funding, while the offer from Tulane is with full financial support. I know I should not hesitate and just choose the one with funding, but I just really want to know which program is better if not concerning about funding. Thanks
