I just got a mail now that my application was not successful after I enquired from them. Getting a response after 10 months. This is highly unprofessional of Petroleum Institute. Advise to prospective students: dont put all your hopes on petroleum institute. Let it be your last resort. Concentrate on getting admission into other schools. Cheers.

Hello if you read through the thread, you will see that we were for fall 2015. But we did not get the final approval hence we could not resume. After submiting those forms, they will contact you with an offer if your application is approved. Cheers

I have not received any mail from them but i am H.A.P.P.Y nonetheless. I think any form of approval now will be for january. Lets hope we get it before then..

@mir23 Somebody from petroleum engineering got acceptance yesterday. Has anyone from electrical eng got acceptance? 23rd is barely 5 days from now. I hope we receive good news soon

Congrats guys. I am currently waiting for The Petroleum Institute. Filled some forms and sent to them in May but havnt heard back from them since. The semester is supposed to start this sunday August 16th. Really strange...

Hello guys its august already, any info from PI? From their site, orientation starts august 16th. Cant believe that barely 2 weeks to orientation they still havnt made their decisions!
