    Hello, I am applying for Ph.D. programs. I sent off an application to UC San Diego's joint doctoral program (Political Science and International Affairs) at GPS. Is it advisable to send one off to their Political Science program too? Any particular strengths or weaknesses of one over the other? Thanks!
