Thanks for the update Coyote_Wrangler! I just got the email as well. I'm confused about the waiver. Are they saying we should just 'give it a shot' to ask to have it waived?

Like I mentioned before, the instructions saying to contact the program between June 25 and July 9 are underneath the instructions for the alternate submission applications (non-grants.gov). Did you not use grants.gov? Are you going off of other directions to email them? It's possible I completely missed it.

That is listed underneath the section describing the alternative submissions....not the grants.gov process. I'm not sure that you would get a follow up email from NCER is you applied electronically.

What was the email? The last one I have is the tracking number assignment email.

Oh, I hope so! I just found a perfect conference coming up in the fall and I could really use some of the funding to attend. Any educated guesses on the earliest we may know?

I applied under F1. Can't remember where I read it but something said we may hear in August. Is that right?
