Just got notification that my application did not pass peer review and received "very good" rating in C1 category. Good luck to everyone still in!

Maybe if they do give out acceptance notices before September as planned and funding was confirmed but just not available at beginning of semester, a university could make the decision to postpone tuition billing, but that's probably a long shot.

The EPA STAR webpage has a special announcement that applicants should get acknowledgement of application receipt by July 31st. At least it looks like it's starting to move foward..
