I'm in need of desperate help. I am about to graduate with my bachelors in Sociology and I wanted to work in the human services field, so I chose Speech-pathology. I will be medically separating from the Navy probably at the end of the year. My GPA right now is a 3.4 but hopefully by the time I graduate (December or January) it will be a 3.7. I haven't taken the GRE because I'm still studying (I plan on taking it in Aug). I want to go to a good school so I will apply to schools in different states. I'm worried about my finances. I have a son and I don't know if I will survive financially. When I get out, the Navy will give me a monthly stipend depending on my location, but that will probably just pay my rent. I'm debating about finding a school back home so I can live with my parents. How do you survive financially going to school full-time without a job?
