Just realized if I want to apply to PhD schools, I have to apply next fall... I just got into gradschool and I already have to start the process again soon? :-(. Also for people who did their MS and then PhD, is it awkward/disrespectful to ask your professors for letters for the school you are at AND other schools? I feel like if I end up staying where I will get my MS that there might be some awkwardness.
