  1. Hi everyone, I currently have a bachelor's in Psychology and am interested in applying to an Occupational Therapy program. However, there are a few classes that I need to take first. (A couple science classes with labs, etc.) The problem is, as a "non-degree seeking student," I do not qualify for financial aid at a community college. Is it a good idea to apply to get an associates degree in social sciences, take the classes I need, and then simply not finish the associates but transfer to the masters program? That way I would be "degree seeking" and would be able to apply for financial aid. Although, I worry that they wouldn't allow me to take the classes I need out of order from the curriculum. What are your thoughts? Thanks!
