On the closed awards site, they have changed the current status for all STAR fellowships from "review process underway" to "review status underway". Not sure what this really means, but at least it looks like they are getting closer to releasing information. http://www.epa.gov/ogd/competition/closed_awards.htm

Looks like they've changed the notification date again on the http://epa.gov/ncer/fellow/ website. " 2015 STAR Fellows are anticipated to be selected and notified of their award recommendation by mid-October and receive grant funding by mid-November."
