I got a one year research assistantship. Did anyone else get a assistantship instead of a fellowship?

~100 were registered. no idea about MS apps though

I was told that the interviews were part of the standard procedure, so I think the interviews were additions to the overall evaluation.

I read somewhere that last year they selected around 100 PhD and 120 MS students.

Hi! I am done with my interview (with POI, have one more). It went well I guess, I asked him about funding opportunities at Stanford. He was hesitant to comment on funding, but assured me that if I am selected and do good research I wouldn't have to worry about funding (kinda vague answer). Anyways, does anyone have any idea regarding funding options like Stanford graduate fellowship, or 3-quarter fellowship? when they'll be announced e.t.c.?
