Is it necessary getting LoR from Ms.c. supervisor?

Hello all, My Msc supervisor is involved in industry and has serious responsibilities, and I cannot get LoR from him. Does it matter? I can get LoR from other professors, but if I do not have a LoR from my supervisor, is it a negative point? Best,
