Hello all. Decided to jump in on this thread. First round of applying to PhD programs. I've applied to the following schools, and in general, all are media and technology oriented communication tracks.
1. BGSU
2. Purdue
3. University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
4. Mizzou
So far, I have been accepted at BGSU, but have not heard anything about funding yet. I will check back in if I see any further results. Congrats to all who have received any type of acceptance, and a big good luck to those still waiting around anxiously.
FWIW I heard from Mizzou early February, but that was two years ago. I'd operate based on what people are saying this year, but if they're at all consistent it's likely coming soon. Hang in

Anyone heard from Kent State clinical? I didn't interview but haven't been rejected yet and they mentioned having backup lists. Wondering what the chances are (beyond "small"; I know that much already)

Has anyone heard from St. John's clinical psych?

Hey there - I do know that Kent State's interview weekends are 2/19-2/20 and 2/26-2/27, and that I received my invite a few weeks ago after a phone interview with my POI. I'm not sure if all their invites have been sent out at this point. I hope that helps!
Do you know which POIs have sent out invites? KSU is my top and I'm dying over here :/

super late, but...
School Name: University of Tulsa
Date Interview Invite Received: 12/23/2015
Degree: PhD
Type: Clinical Psychology, PhD
Notified via: Phone call
From: POI, on behalf of department
Interview Date: 1/29/2016
Additional Info: This was my first response, from anyone, and I'm worried it's given me false hope for my (unlikely) success in the rest of the process. (Granted, I've since gotten a rejection, but I'm busy preparing for this one.) -
Okay, so a couple of the schools I'm applying to say "all materials need to be in by the deadline," which is today. Long story short, my GREs and transcripts may not be there today... what are the chances they'll take unofficial stuff for preliminary review so long as the other stuff gets there within the week? Or are they really going to axe my application because my stuff wasn't there? I'm panicking, especially about Kent State because it's my top choice.

So what's the close total of how much it has costed to do the application process for all of these schools? My budget has been tight with just 6!
I'm very lucky that my parents are supporting this financially. <3 For them I'd say close to if not over $1000. Then again, I attend public university in-state and I work to pay all my other expenses, so I've been a low financial burden throughout undergrad.
