Hi!! I am a grad student from Europe and I have just finished my Application for a PhD at McGill University (IPN). I have funds for 1 year from my country, graduated with honors (in my Master Degree), cGPA 3.7 (max 4.0), good recommendations, have found a Supervisor before the Application and he can pay me the other years. But I do not have pubblications and my TOEFL score is a point below the minimum requirement. Can I have chance to be accepted???
