I'm on a waitlist for their second interview weekend (feb 25). They offered me the first one but I couldn't make it.

Did anyone go to the Berkeley IDI interview weekend? I wasn't able to attend due to a conflict and I'm curious what the program was like. Thanks!

It was just kind of a generic one from the school of public health. I sent an email to the IDI PhD program after I got it and they told me the same thing as you. They said the interview would be Feb 8.

I received an invite from micro & immuno on December 18. It basically just said to save the date and that they would send out more info in early January.

On the website though it says they will conduct interviews in February though which is why I was confused. It's a program at the school of public health but is bio based.

Did anyone else apply to the Infectious Disease and Immunity program at Berkeley? There are no results for it for the past two years in the survey and I got an email yesterday which seemed to imply they weren't conducting interviews. Does anyone have any additional info on this program?

I got an invite from Harvard BPH today and can confirm these interview dates.

EDIT: I found this in an email: "During the week of January 4, 2016, the committees will start to contact applicants who have been selected for an interview." All hope is not lost!
In the email invite from Stanford they say:
Please note the 14 Ph.D. admissions committees all operate on their own timelines, so your friends and coworkers may or may not have heard from a Stanford Program yet. Please understand that "no news does not mean bad news", as some Programs may complete their admission process in early January. Please keep this in mind when sharing your good news with others.

I'm trying to decide between UCSD BMS, Emory IMP and Duke CMB. I am interested primarily in immunology and infectious disease. Does anyone have any opinions about any of these programs?
Also considering Berkeley IDI and on the waitlist for Harvard BPH.
