Hi all! New here! I am currently in China completing my BA, and was hunting around Master's programs in France. This would be dual purpose to also get residency and stay in Europe after I finish. I'm wondering what PUBLIC universities (to keep things cheap enough) I could attend a Master's program without being wholly fluent with French as soon as I get there. Even just a few English classes to begin while I learn the language would suffice. I would study hard to learn the language with immersion once I got there, with plenty of study beforehand. I'd want to go for Film or something Arts related. Would love some thoughts. Best, JY
