I was really worried about my exams as well. I ended up calling the office and requesting a proctor in SF. I was lucky that a proctor was available on short notive and I took my test about 1.5 weeks ago. I would suggest pestering the office and calling. When I got someone on the phone, they were very helpful. While I did get a couple email responses, the phone was much more efficient! Good luck!
