Has anyone gotten into the CBI program yet?

Well, looks like they released the financial packages for the advanced standing folks. I got $14,000/yr, but didn't qualify for any work study for some reason! I'm going to appeal to see if they'll match what I was offered from Chicago.

Yeah!!!! Got the decision, and I made it in to Advanced Standing! I hope they don't take too long to get back to us about financial packages!

MAY?!?! That's too much, man! Now I'm even more stressed out. It also seems like not giving financial info until May violates this agreement. What do you all think? http://cgsnet.org/april-15-resolution According to how I interpret this, that would mean that if I accept another GA or financially binding position at another school, then want to accept UW's instead, I would have to get written permission from the first school.

I got my acceptance in January. Have you called to check on the status?

Anyone else apply for the advanced standing program? I'm super disappointed we won't hear back until around March 31st. From what I was told when I called, there was an early decision deadline for people applying for the two year program, but not for advanced standing. Pretty annoying! I am going to have to accept another school's offer before I even hear back from UW, making it unlikely I will end up there unless they offer me a pretty amazing scholarship. Speaking of which, are folks getting financial aid packages with their acceptance letters?

Thanks! I applied to both of those schools before Dec. 1st. It makes it really difficult to make decisions without the scholarship info! I got an email stating that there was an application status update for UChicago, then logged in to see the acceptance letter and scholarship info. I hope you hear back soon!

I found out about UMich 1/15, and got into the Advanced Standing program. They are going to be sending out financial information "by March", so I'm anxiously awaiting that news! I applied to the Global Scholars program, but I heard that information comes back along with financial aid info. I also got into UChicago, and got that acceptance on 1/22! So far I'm 2 for 2, so that's exciting!
