Sorry about UPenn, but congrats on Cincy. I'll be at ASC again this year- which reminds me that I need to submit my abstract by the 11th of March... Yay thesis! I was easy to spot this past year- not many presenters with purple hair. Sorry for rambling, I'm still on eggshells about ASU's decision. Looks like they are notorious for making decisions in late Feb.

Yeah, unfortunately I did not get funding from FSU. Ah well, I got offered funding from MSU and USF, so no big. I'm still waiting on ASU & UMSL as well as a scholarship to University of Leeds.

Yes they did. They asked for the best number to reach me to "speak with (me) about USF’s Criminology Program." I agree, it was a different approach.

Don't give up hope! You may be on the waitlist for funding! Congrats on your funding & acceptance!

Hello, I am new to the discussion. I applied to USF, FSU, ASU, MSU, and UMSL. I am also applying to the University of Leeds. So far I have been accepted to USF, MSU, and FSU. I was offered a GA position from USF (& MSU). The information about the position is as follows: "In addition, you have been selected to receive a graduate assistantship. This assistantship includes a tuition waiver and a stipend. The details of this assistantship are pending but typically the amount of the stipend is $15,000 per year." I hope this helps!
