Hi guys: I am now a senior in university of Maryland, I have received offers from: MS. in development studies in Oxford; Development practice in UC Berkeley; and I am considering the Phd in development sociology program in Cornell. Can anyone give me some suggestions? Because I really don't know how to measure these three programs. I really appreciate your any advice.
