I also got the ESOP email yesterday (Monday) saying I have been awarded the ESOP.

I honestly don't think the "withdraw" button has anything to do with the final decision. When I checked my application four days ago, I couldn't see the button either. However, I got an offer two days later. So I guess it just indicates that your application is being reviewed by the Admission Office. Hope this helps!
