Thanks Tuckbro and Madbiochemist for your detail response on JHU alternate list. This is very helpful and encouraging. Do they keep all applicants who were interviewed but not accepted on the alternate list?

Received email from JHU that I am on alternate list. I am not sure how many they kept on the alternate list and what is my chance of getting accepted. Thanks in advance for your response.

Congrats to all of you who got acceptance emails. What is your research area? JHU sent Neuro yesterday. Looks like some of you got emails today. Wondering if they sent emails to cell/tissue yet. Thanks
