I do have some accomodation info here, courtesy of my Swiss friend who studies there.
Firstly there's the original information from the joint ETHZ/U of Z websites for accomodation: http://www.wohnen.ethz.ch/de.html
Also, there are new apartments being built near one of the campuses, ready to commence in 2nd semester of 2016 (Autumn semester): http://studentvillage.ch
