I got accepted into a grad program a few days ago, and the letter of admission stated that 'details of your financial support will be sent to you under separate cover' and that they 'hope that this financial support will make it easier for you to attend'. However, today I got an e-mail from the director of my program and all it said were the tuition fees for the program (and they were the full tuition fees). I'm so confused! Should I e-mail the director back and clarify? How do I even phrase it?
