I am right there with you. The application reply-by deadlines are coming up fast, and I haven't heard anything either. From what I gathered, it means the university hasn't made formal decisions yet. I'm guessing that if it was going to be a NO that you would have heard right away. This means that you made it through at least the first round. It's a delicate game, and i'm tired of waiting for it to end!
