  1. Columbia MPA-ESP, Indiana University SPEA MPA/MSES, University of Arizona MS Water, Policy, Society
  2. I am interested in studying green infrastructure/low-impact development in policy and practice, city/regional water management and resiliency. Columbia's location and resources, according to my research, visits, and conversations with alumni, would allow for an array of research with great faculty and professionals -- however its short length seems to me to be a little too accelerated for me to really be able to dig in (the way Indiana's approach would be). I am also very drawn to the Master of Science in Env Science as well, as a stand-alone component to the program. Thanks!
  3. Hi there! I know you posted this 2 years ago, but I was wondering which program you chose? How did you feel about your outcome? Weighing SIPA MPA-ESP against Indiana SPEA currently. Thanks!
  4. Also, the U of Arizona MS in Water, Society, and Policy sounds like a fantastic program. Any views on that compared to SIPA & SPEA? Thanks!
  5. Hi everyone! I've been accepted to both Columbia's MPA in Environmental Science and Policy (1-year) and Indiana University SPEA's 2.5 year dual degree in MPA/MS Enviro Science. I am leaning heavily towards IU because of the length (ability to dig in, more independence) and cost, plus it is closer to home. Any perspectives on these two programs? Please help!!!
