Hey all, For the finalists here, did you physically sign the terms and conditions paper or just pdf style sign them?

How long is does it take before we receive our packets in the mail with all the other info?

Spain for ETA. today was the day that they decided last year (3/16/15 was the 3rd monday). Is the decision made within the host country? Because if so that ought to rule out (at least for me) any further decisions today give the time differences.

People are finding out today? Also, it is interesting to see that the decision have been coming earlier and earlier each year. But now I am getting super nervous haha.
