I also found out right on the 15th of April that GWU offered me a place for a PhD in History, after having spent a good 2 months on the waitlist. Being one of my primary choices, I accepted happily!
Hey guys,
This is my first time posting here. I applied to only four programs in the US for history this year. I got rejected from two, am still waiting on the MAGIC Program at Georgetown and have been told about being placed on a waitlist in GWU. In addition, I've gotten into LSE for an MSc in Global History with some handsome financing.
I just wanted to know if anyone here has gotten accepted into GWU and whether they've accepted that offer and in what stream?
Cheers
Hey guys,
Has anyone applied for a History PhD and heard back from their schools? If so, did someone also apply to GWU? I was told I'm on a waitlist, and I've already gotten into LSE, but I was just wondering if anyone who got an offer wishes to choose another school over GWU so I might know my chances.
Cheers.
