Are you sure the heating is included in campus housing? It says no Air conditioner, so I was worried!

Hey, I've gotten into the MS Econ program at UW Madison and the MA Eco (18 month track) at UT Austin as well, and am considering my options. Any input on this would be appreciated. I probably want to do a PhD after this, but considering my undergrad is from an unknown college in the United Arab Emirates, I think getting a Masters before that would probably be a good idea. Thoughts?
